Procedure:

1.                  Buyer presents to seller LOI with soft probe authorization and bank coordinates, accompanied by a bank letter ( bcl or raw) stating the buyer-s financial capacity to issue what payment instrument he prefers.

2.                  Seller issues the draft contract.

3.                  Buyer evaluates contract and confirms commercial (himself) and financial viability (his banker-s confirmation to support buyer in his performance of contractual payment instrument)

4.                  The contract is signed.

5.                  Buyer opens the operative payment instrument

6.                  Seller posts the 2% performance bond.

7.         Shipments are made according to the schedule outlined in the contract.
